This email is a bit late in coming, since we've been enjoying our beautiful back yard for 2 months now, but I have to tell you again how happy we are. The transformation is nothing short of breathtaking. Your design absolutely blew us away—we never dreamed we could have something this wonderful.
From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with you and Bruno and his team. Whenever we had a question, or wanted to modify something during the process, our questions were answered immediately, and our requests were implemented exactly as we wanted. Bruno and his team were polite and very professional, and were extremely respectful of our property and our neighbours'. This was by far the most positive experience we've ever had as homeowners.
Looking to next spring, we would like to complete the design by adding the cabana, pergola, and privacy screens. I was hoping we could get on the schedule early enough so we don't lose too much pool time. Depending on finances, we may be able to begin some work in the front yard, but I won't know that until closer to spring.

Before we even begin to comment on the final result, which was nothing short of spectacular, the way everything was handled from beginning to end was remarkable. The landscape drawings that you presented to us from our pencil sketches and your consultation visits with your portfolio of photographs were the extra touches that added to the very professional way the whole job was executed.
Your on-site crew, Pete, Mike and Sam were tireless workers in carrying out their tasks. Many neighbours commented on their dedication and industry. They were courteous to deal with and knowledgeable in their field. That they took a great deal of pride in their workmanship was reflected in the job they did. The stairs, interlock and pavers were cut to precision and installed to perfection. The added suggestions and improvements that they made to adjust for roof run-off and grading considerations were impeccable.
The scheduling of the many deliveries of material and equipment as well as the disposal of unusable site debris was done without disruption to the general neighbourhood. The job was carried out on-time and when your crew departed the clean-up left no evidence of your ever having been there except that our property had been transformed.
Luc, we are still in awe of the job that was done. The new steps and pavers out front are the marvel of the street. Walking along the side to the back is still a thrill and the backyard is exceptional. Having spent time out there, we still marvel at the meticulous cutting that was done for the steps, which made them so pleasing to the eye and symmetrical.
In the rush and stress of today's life, the job that Abloom did was reminiscent of the craftsmanship of a previous century -but combined with today's technology. We want to thank you and your men for a job that could not be surpassed by anyone.
