Just a few words to say how we have truly appreciated what you have done for us over the course of the past few years. Prior to having contacted you, we had carried out extensive research regarding landscaping companies and projects. However, after having met with you and discussed our requirements, there was no longer any need to see what others had to offer.
In our follow-up meetings, the detailed project phases, explanations, cost breakdowns, great project drawings and art works, description of type and quality of products proposed and used, your flexibility in modifying phases and making additional suggestions were both very reassuring and excellent. Moreover, the literature you either gave or loaned us, enabled us to further plan, select or explore other alternatives.
Another important feature was your cost analysis document. This gave us a very clear and exact idea as to the budget breakdown by phases, as well as the required project payment schedule. You were very honest and upfront in the explanation of this important phase. There were no surprises.
Once the project started, the site team leader kept us informed of the daily developments. When required, you always made time to come down to the site to discuss concerns and answer any additional questions. More importantly, at the end of each working day, the site and our property was always cleaned and secured.
When the project was in its closing phase, you coordinated a final walk through. This was very valuable and a most appreciated exercise. We valued the tips and suggestions you gave us. These enable us to properly take care of the various types of plants and trees during all four seasons. The end results were excellent. All plants and trees survived and matured. They now beautifully enhance every part of our back yard.

We wanted to send a quick note to commend Abloom Landscaping for the work they did on our yard. You took what was a boring, unattractive and non-functional space and transformed it into an absolute showpiece. We have one of the most spectacular and uniquely designed small yards we have ever seen. We consistently get positive comments about the layout, design and quality of materials.
Your work served to expand our usable space considerably. We have goine from having a yard that was monopolized by a hot tub to having an "oasis" that we can and do use year round. It's added a ton of value and enjoyment. You also satisfied my no maintenance credo and I can keep the yard looking great with only a minimal amount of work.
Working with Abloom was an extremely positive experience from Luc's initial design (that got adjusted more than once along the way), to a top flight professional crew that showed up on time and cleaned as they went, to after sales service that has always been handled with no questions asked.
We have seen how other landscape firms have worked and recognize the difference - from start to finish. Would we recommend the firm? Absolutely! Would we hire you again? No question about it!
